I am a native of Idaho Falls and have worked in the real estate business for the past 10 years. Everyday is just like my first day on the job when it comes to real estate because I enjoy it so much. I am knowledgeable at working with first time home buyers, experienced home buyers/sellers and of course anyone looking for a home to add to their investment portfolio.
Idaho Falls and the surrounding communites are excellent places to live, work and raise your family. I have two children, a daughter that is in her first year of college and a son that is a sophomore at one of the local high schools. This area is a great place to buy a home or a second home if you just want to enjoy the different seasons that this area offers.
I feel like the fact that I was born and raised here makes me a specialist in the home buying/selling business because I have seen the growth that has taken place over the past 40 years. We have attracted so many large business owners and I expect that number will only keep growing as the years go by.
